Unusual in Asian restaurants, Siana's open plan kitchen also functions as a ‘viewing gallery’, enabling diners to watch our qualified chefs producing handmade dumplings featuring the freshest scallop, prawn, pork and vegetable filling.

Originally a Cantonese custom, dim sum is inextricably linked to the Chinese tradition of "yum cha". Travellers journeying along the world famous Silk Road needed a place to rest, so teahouses were strategically placed along the roadside. Today, at our Brisbane restaurant, all of our dumplings are handcrafted by our Chinese master se fui, who is an expert in his craft.
